Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students will acquire basic knowledge of the transportation construction, will acquire the skill to formulate the basic transport problems, the ability to design and evaluate projects, simplified procedures and technology especially in the construction of roads, including the city.

1st Introduction, concepts and definitions, legislation
2nd Design elements of the road, sight conditions, horizontal and vertical
of the route
3rd Cross-roads, and the resulting cross slope and roll
4th Lower road construction - natural body, buildings, drainage,
safety equipment, noise abatement measures
5th The structural design of roads - geo. surveys, ground works,
aggregates, binders, soil water regime, class of congestion, road
6th History and development of railways, traction, ride and line resistances, geometrical
track layout
7th Railroads - gauge, roadbed and superstructure, crossings
structures, stations, tracks of industrial plants, railway crossings
8th Crossroads and the road downhill
9th Buildings for public transport in cities - stops and interchanges
10th Return, passing bays, parking areas
11th Communication with mixed traffic, bicycle and pedestrian roads, traffic calming
local roads
12th Hydrotechnics building
