Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of this course is to introduce and teach students how to search, analysis and rehabilitation of accident locations using collision diagrams, the principle of self-explaining and forgiving communication communications, safety inspections and safety audits, traffic calming on local roads across the board and the calming of residential files.

Summary

The course includes problem management tools for road safety with an emphasis on the tools and infrastructure factors facilitating the emergence of accidents in the layout of communication with recommendations on how these factors are removed. Introduction of the course is devoted to safety management system on PC in general (not just in terms of infrastructure) to students with a general overview, including such losses from traffic accidents, compared to development in different countries (successes and failures, traffic-safety policy). of driver training, work with problem drivers, driver's license on probation, points system, vehicle telematics, etc.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
