Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Characterizing the features of public transport, technical base of public transport, operational and performance characteristics of public transport. Evaluate the quality of the movement of public transport, the costs and revenues of public transport, tariff system of public transportation. Formulate the issue of dispatching management, timetables making, timetables and public transport network.

Summary
Charakteristické znaky MHD, dopravní prostředky a infrastruktura MHD. Přepravní a dopravní charakteristiky, výkony a ukazatele využití vozidel MHD. Problematika dispečerského řízení, tvorby grafikonu dopravy a jízdních řádů MHD a dopravní sítě MHD. Definice kvality přemísťování MHD a metodika hodnocení kvality přemísťování MHD. Náklady, tržby a provozně ekonomická hlediska výběru vozidla MHD, tarifní systémy v MHD.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
