Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Analyze the types of business in the market economy, to recognize and articulate the problems of the production process in the company and the services in the service sector. Summarize the results of the study during the work and working time to assess the results and effects of the proposed changes. Propose an optimal cost structure and revenues in the business. Evaluate marketing strategies of different models. Solving skills demonstrated term project.

Summary

Základy podnikání a podnikatelské činnosti v tržní ekonomice, výrobní procesy v podniku. Problematika služeb v sektoru služeb. Plánování práce, pracovního času a plánování výroby. Personální politika podniku. Manažerské přístupy k nákladům a výnosům podniku, tvorba ceny, manažerské řízení podniku jako celku. Marketing a marketingový mix.
