Define transport systems. Know the operation of transport systems. Designing transportation systems and their interconnections. Assess barrier free integrated transport systems.

Summary

To acquaint students with public transportation systems and individual in the field of road transport and urban transport systems, including high-speed rail lines as the main mode of transport in CR and with the cross relations (intermodality, co-modality). After completing the course, students will be equipped with knowledge about the function, installation, operation and financing of transport systems in the field of transport infrastructure. Information and assessment of integrated transport systems. Easy-access highway construction. To illustrate the issues will be taught in the classroom also included themed tours of selected facilities - such as department chief architect for the City of Ostrava, department coordinator ODIS (Integrated Transport System), and the like.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
