Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the preparation of buildings, construction preparation process at all stages of construction, and pre-project, design and implementation and to apply acquired knowledge and skills. Passing students will practice skills to formulate solutions and to find possible problems, compile a basic design process and solution preparation, including construction of necessary connections, apply knowledge and skills to solve simple problems in the field of construction preparation.

Summary

Subject smoothly follows the course organization and management of construction traffic structures. Students learn the theoretical and practical knowledge of procedures in the process of construction design, especially with the scope and content of design documentation transport structures in various stages of preparation, scope of government, the scope of discussions with government authorities, documentation for tenders for preparing the documentation and contractor building. The main base is the Law no. 183/2006 Sb. (Construction Act), as amended, implementing decrees and other related regulations.

Other requirements

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Subject syllabus:

Lectures: - Introduction, basic concepts and terminology. - Capital investment, phases of construction preparation. - Construction Law, Administrative Code and other related legislation. - Building offices and legislative processes, public authorities. - Tendering and award of contracts. - Pre-construction preparation, surveys, documents. - Project preparation structures, procedures. - Engineering Services in the preparation of the building. - Implementation of construction and related activities. - Safety, protective zones Exercise: - Processing semester project in the form of simplified documentation. - Providing basic information, surveys, studies and treasure-selected for construction. - Determination of procedural deadlines (preparation, project work, planning and construction management, contractor selection, construction, commissioning). - Determination of preliminary costs based on indicative prices and used technologies. - Processing of documents for tender, selection of the contractor. - Control activities in the building process. - The process of putting a construction project, a final evaluation of the construction.
