Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The student will learn about the issues of interchanges, parking of vehicles, pedestrian and bicycle traffic and the basics of traffic calming. The subject also provides the basic knowledge and skills in the field of terminology rail infrastructure also will learn the basics of calculations theme routes for rail vehicles, namely: Elements arcs, spirals and vzestupnic, detailed calculations of the waypoints, horizontal and vertical solutions, designing railway construction superstructure, transform switches, designing rail connections and gain basic skills application of knowledge from previously completed courses in design sleeper subsoil.

Summary
The subject is a continuation of the subject Traffic Structures I. It introduces students to the basic types of interchanges, parking of road vehicles, pedestrian and bicycle traffic and traffic calming on local roads. The course also introduces Students to basic Concepts in the area of Transport Routes for Railway Vehicles, especially Railway Tracks, Railway Stations, Railway Sidings, Tram Tracks., and Then the basic issues in Rail Safety Security features and Construction for Security of the Railway Traffi, interoperability and safety of railway system in EU.

Other requirements
At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

1. Junction of roads.
2. Parking and parking areas, garages.
3. Non-motorized and mixed-traffic roads.
4. Principles of calming traffic on local roads.
5. Introduction to the subject. Tracks and equipment, basic structural elements of railway track.
6. Switches and turnout structures.
7. Safety of railway transport, external safety equipment and construction solutions.
8. Railway crossing, crossing with drain hole etc.
9. Railway infrastructure for urban transport. Railway yard industrial plants.
10. Substructure (railway construction. Substructure, drainage ...).
11. Railway station (types, purpose, equipment). Rail infrastructure and personal storage stations.
12. Infrastructure sorting station, the main sorting station Hills, engineering and construction equipment humps, automation
13. Constructions of railway equipment. Railway nodes (history, purpose, location, equipment).
14. Railway system in EU, increasing speed on railway lines, railway modernization in Czech Republic.
