Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students yourself develop elementary knowledges and acquirements in the area drafting and realization traffic buildings, the organization transport on roads and streets. Elaboration partial settings students acquires skill formulate problems, put together the proposal solving, apply achievement knowledges and acquirements at problem solutions from transport problems.

Summary

This object with survey on the development and hierarchy sieve roads and streets on trial on the valid legislature. It acquaint with by suggesting road line, motorway and object communication according to requisite parameters, manners realization and incidences traffic buildings on surroundings. Further is fillings of the object transport like of the town-creative element, capacities as the town structure, the communications network, the influence transport on the town development, the valid regulation for projection highway, the space highway, the instance type and the efficiency highway and strands for calming of the transport in towns.

Subject syllabus:

-Introduction, Legislation -Roads - the basic terminology, transverse layout, design elements -Local (municipal) communication - the basic terminology, transverse layout, design elements -Transport in cities - urban transport specificities, differences in road design and local roads -Horizontal and vertical alignment of the roads, route planning, route continuity, integration into the landscape, effect on the driver, etc. -Intersections - design, materials, design issues -Crossroads flyover - design, materials, design issues -Roundabouts - design, materials, design issues -Pavement and its construction, construction materials for road construction -Roads objects, drainage of road -Static-traffic -Unmotoristic communications, traffic calming, road for pedestrians and cyclists -Public transport, rail traffic in urban areas
