Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic problems of the preparation and implementation of linear structures, with emphasis on special features existing in the process of building, maintenance, modernization and repair of linear structures in relation to technology implementation. Includes introduction to examples of the application of basic legal titles and technical standards in construction for linear structures. After graduating student can describe and solve basic problems of performance and deployment of construction machinery, building technology and construction-technological designing linear structures in both the construction phase and during reconstruction, operation and maintenance of linear structures, including principles for the design and implementation of the the presence of mining activities in flood plains, etc. Students will acquire basic skills to formulate problems, to build an elementary solution design, to apply knowledge and skills in solving basic problems usable in the preparation and implementation of transport and linear structures.

Summary

Předmět „Realizace dopravních a liniových staveb“ je určen přednostně posluchačům oborů Dopravní stavby a Příprava a realizace staveb. Student se seznámí s předvýrobními a výrobními etapami včetně dokumentace pro předvýrobní a výrobní přípravu liniových staveb a jejich specifiky, diagnostikou dopravních staveb, s problematikou časového plánování, s prvky stavebně-technologického projektování, s dokumentací časových plánů. Dále získá přehled o mechanizaci ve výstavbě dopravních a liniových staveb, tj. význam mechanizace, rozdělení, parametry a charakteristiky stavebních strojů a dopravních prostředků (typy strojů, stanovení výkonů apod.). Následně jsou v tomto předmětu prezentována specifika rozpočtování v oblasti dopravních a liniových staveb, včetně seznámení studentů se základy controllingových metod pro realizaci liniových staveb. Předmět neopomíjí informace o možnosti využití druhotných surovin pro dopravní stavby (typy, způsob úpravy, recyklace podkladních vrstev a krytů vozovek, apod.) a v závěru studenta seznamuje se základními zásadami pro realizaci liniových staveb a doprovodných objektů v podmínkách sesuvných, zátopových oblastí a v oblastech ovlivněných důlní činností, včetně zásad pro stanovování výše majetkové újmy v případech poruch.

Subject syllabus:

- Introduction to pre-production and production stages of linear, to basic European standards, to the technical specifications of transport buildings - The elements mechanization for building traffic and linear buildings, division building machines parameters and characteristics of the building, machinery and transport equipment - Ground works for transport buildings, technology and mechanization of ground works (types of machines, setting performances of machines) - Construction and maintenance of roads (organization, mechanization, the base layer and road finishes - technology of installation) - Building of railways, work on the railways (classification, mechanization ...), technology building and repairs the railway superstructure and railway substructure - Diagnosis the transport construcions (control methods for the phases realization operation, etc., including apparatus and equipment) - Time scheduling for building – creation time plans for Construction Technology, pre-production and production preparation, documentation schedules (a linear diagram, cyklogram, surround timetable, the network graph …) - Basic building documentation for traffic construction, acceptance of work, list of works, billing, consumption standards, standards of consumption. Control activities of the investor. - Specifics budgeting transport building structures, process of budgeting of traffic buildings (including practical work using price lists, aggregated items, etc..). Introduction to basics and specifics of managerial and cost accounting for linear structures. - Use of secondary materials for traffic construction (type, adjustment method, recyklink base layers and covers roads, etc.) - Principles for the implementation of transport buildings, pipelines and the accompanying objects in terms of landslide, flood areas and areas affected by mining activities, the principles for determining the amount of property damage
