Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Define basic mission and structure of engineering buildings. Describe head technical characteristics of particular engineering buildings and explain their activity. On the basis of obtained knowledge analyse demand on solution especially in traffic and apply for them suitable (traffic) system. Analyze availability of particular engineering buildings use and estimate potentialities for their further use.

Summary

The course is to provide basic information about the problems of transport, hydraulic a other engineering structures, with particular focus on their own technology, construction, building materials, screening and monitoring. Attention is paid to all standard types of engineering structures, particularly building roads, rail transport, buildings for water supply a sewerage, pipelines, pipelines, power lines forceful, media management, etc. The course is also devoted attention to environmental protection environment. The teaching process is used by software programs, video and DVD equipment. Teaching in Czech language only.

Lectures: • Introduction, definitions, classification of civil engineering • Construction of roads and highways • Construction of roads, barrier-free treatment • Intersections of roads, parking • Construction of railway • Railway station and nodes • Ground transportation buildings housing construction and stabilization • Construction traffic air and water • Bridge construction, buildings for transport of liquids in an open trough • Underground line construction - tunnels, collectors • Construction of water supply and sewerage • Pipelines and pipelines • Electrical power grids and communication lines • Construction Environmental Video tutorial: - Introduction to the railways and roads - Laboratory road, rails - Superstructure, automation humps - Boston highway construction - Underground construction - Construction of Eurotunnel - Building Hong Kong Airport
