Obtaining of further knowledge obtained during pregradual and gradual study. Obtaining of advanced knowledge in selected areas of structural mechanics.

Subject syllabus:

1. Recapitulation of basics of structural mechanics. 2. Force method. 3. Direct stiffness method. 4. Energetical principles and variational methods in structural mechanics. 5. Basics of non-linear mechanics. 6. Principle of virtual works, use of the principle for 2nd order theory problems. 7. Computation of finite deformations with use of principle of virtual works. 8. Force method for 2nd order theory problems. 9. Direct stiffness method for 2nd order theory problems. 10. Interaction of beam and elastic fundament.
