Introduction to the methodology and tools for an energy audit of buildings. To acquire practical skills in the assessment and evaluation of buildings in terms of energy consumption.

Summary

The content mainly determines the current energy legislation. The acquisition of professional knowledge and skills with the energy audit, practical and economic evaluation of buildings and structures assessment both in preparation for an energy audit, assessment and the ability to determine the economic efficiency.

Subject syllabus:

1. Building Law 2. Use Building Law in everyday practice 3. When used for a building permit and the only announcement 4. When land use approval and the zoning 5. Local approval requirements documents and their contents 6. Extent of documentation for insulation and reducing energy demands of buildings 7. Determining the scope of the project to ensure energy-efficient new buildings 8. Differences between the low-energy buildings and passive objects 9. Evaluation of energy savings - valid legislation 10. Regulation, which determines the composition of the project and basic data for determining project specifications 11. Permission for processing construction projects, the importance of tables (bills) 12. Content project for land management 13. Content management for construction project 14. The content of the project for carrying out construction 15. The content of the actual project implementation 16. To enable the building – Heat pump 17. Using common audit practice 18. Current programs to reduce energy needs 19. Pricing structures 20. Economic evaluation of buildings 21. Credit creation and the payback period 22. Economic indicators for energy audit 23.
