Summary

The course deals with basic issues of computer modeling of typical tasks of technical equipment and plumbing in the design and operation of buildings and heat transfer and related substances with the creation of the built environment.

Recommended literature:

Other requirements

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Subject syllabus:

Basic energy processes in buildings, typical simulation models to their disability and identification. • modeling of unsteady boundary conditions. • Modelling of thermal and hydraulic behavior of HVAC systems and their components. • Utilities for technical practice, means of communication and database. • Applications for ventilation, sanitary and energy buildings. Graphical interfaces for HVAC professions.
