Summary
The content of the subject belongs to the soft skills, which are experience based rather then knowledge-based skills. The subject is focused on personality development and self-knowledge of a student, especially with respect to his/her way of interaction in a team. The goal is to promote behavioral patterns that facilitate interpersonal contact and teamwork and to eliminate behavioral patterns that can undermine it.
Interactive training is based on experience learning, i.e. on special activities and games, followed by the reflection of the group processes and the self-reflection of student's own experience.
Students who increase their knowledge of their own behavioral patterns have the ability to influence these patterns and to act intentionally, they are psychologically more stable, more resilient, and their potential for teamwork is higher. This is particularly beneficial for students who are thinking about leading positions in the future, but all participating students will benefit from personal development, not only in their professional but also private lives.
