Summary

Photoelasticity. Plane and circular polarized light, isoclinic and isochromatic lines, isostacic lines, transmission and reflection polariscope. Shear stress difference method of stress analysis. Three – dimensional photoelasticity. Strain gauge method. Strain gauges and instrumentation for stress measurements. K-factor and calibration of strain gauges. Strain gauge bridges. Strain gauge transducers. Measurements of force and mass. Torgue measurement. Residual stress analysis – cutting method, hole drilling method, method of successive drilling. Brittle lacguer method. Principle of method, sensitivity of lacguers, calibration. Measurement of tensile and comprihensive stresses. Visioplastic method. Elaborating of girds, measurement of displacement, evalution of deformations and stresses by means of theory of plasticity. Photoplasticity. Types of photoplasticity measurements, measurements of deformations by means of isocliniec and isochromatic lines. Stress solution, theory of plasticity, method of successive aproaching.

Subject syllabus:

Fotoelasticimetrie. Přímkově a kruhově polarizované světlo, čáry izoklinné a izochromatické, čáry izostatické, polariskop s průchozím a odraženým světlem. Metoda rozdílu smykových napětí. Prostorová fotoelasticimetrie. Tenzometrie. Druhy tenzometrů a přístroje pro měření. Deformační citlivost (K- factor) a cejchování tenzometrů. Můstkové zapojení tenzometrů. Tenzometrické snímače. Měření síly a hmotnosti. Měření krouticích momentů. Měření zbytkových napětí – rozřezávací a odvrtávací metoda postupného odvrtávání. Metoda křehkých laků. Princip metody, citlivost křehkých laků, jejich kalibrace. Měření tahových a tlakových napětí. Metoda moiré. Princip mechanické interference, typy moiré mřížek. Měření pružných a plastických deformací. Vizioplastická metoda. Způsoby zhotovení mřížek, měření posunutí uzlových bodů sítě, vyhotovení deformací a napětí pomocí teorie plasticity. Fotoplasticita Druhy fotoplasticimetrických metod měření deformací na základě průběhů izoklinných a izochromatických čar. Řešení napětí, aplikace teorie plasticity, metoda postupného přibližování.
