Summary
Goals of subject: To know and apply the interdisciplinary bases of biomechanics (medicine, engineering).
Teaching outputs: Student acquires supplementary orientation in bioengineering branches. Applications are focused on the solution of engineering interdisciplinary problems in medicine, injury and ergonomic of the present . There is a practical problem solution of experimental biomechanics, numerical modelling and desing.
Acquired knowledge : Student will know
- basic of biomechanics,
- process of medical requests and data(analysis of successful/unsuccessful treatment, statistics, CT, MRI, new design, boundary conditions, loading, material model etc.) for engineering approach, numerical modelling (FEM – Ansys, Patran, MIMICS sw).
