Subject syllabus:

1. Mechanismy a jejich rozdělení : podle druhu nositele energie, podle formy přenášené energie, podle charakteru pohybu nositele energie, podle požadavků daných technologickým režimem. 2. Porovnání různých typů mechanismů - výhody a nevýhody, stanovení kritérií. 3. Přenos energie v mechanismu - obecná (společná) teorie : odpory proti přenosu energie - odpor proti pohybu, odpor proti deformaci, odpor proti zrychlení. 4. Syntéza mechanismů jako odporové sítě : kinematické a dynamické parametry a jejich proměnlivost. 5. Statické a dynamické vlastnosti prvků mechanismů ( tuhého, hydraulického, pneumatického, elektrického a kombinovaného) a jejich modelování a simulace. 6. Syntéza mechanismu pro různé druhy plošných a prostorových pohybů a typů zatížení ( silové, hmotové) s uvažováním jejich proměnlivosti. 7. Řízení parametrů mechanismů : rychlost, otáčky, síla, moment, atd. 8. Optimalizace syntézy a aplikace mechanismů : kritéria optimalizace a optimalizační metody. 9. Příklady a aplikace mechanismů tuhých : rovinné pákové, prostorové, s ozubením, vačkové, třecí, vodicí, převodové atd. 10. Příklady a aplikace hydraulických mechanismů : hydrostatické mechanismy pro pohyb přímočarý, kývavý a rotační, ovládání a regulace, servomechanismy, hydrodynamické mechanismy a převody. 11. Příklady a aplikace pneumatických mechanismů : pro pohyb přímočarý, kývavý a rotační, ovládání a automatizace. 12. Příklady a aplikace mechanismů elektrických : přímočaré, kývané rotační, řízení. 13. Příklady a aplikace kombinovaných mechanismů - výhody kombinace mechanismů tuhých a hydraulických, tuhých a pneumatických, hydraulicko pneumatických, elektrohydraulických atd. 14. Metodika projektování mechanismů a jejich simulace. Cvičení 1. až 6. Příklady na přenos energie v různých typech mechanismů a porovnání jejich parametrů vstupních a výstupních : 1. a 2. program. 7. až 10. Syntéza a simulace mechanismů počítačovými programy a na trenažérech : program 3. a 4. 11. až 13. Projekt zadaného typu mechanismu pro konkrétní technologický režim : program 5.
