Summary

Scope of the course is detail investigation of selected fluid properties. The subject covers physical, chemical, ecological and operational properties of fluids used in hydraulic systems. Selected properties of compressed air used in pneumatic systems are included as well. Students will also get acquaint with certain properties of non Newtonian fluids.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

V průběhu semestru studenti provedou měření tří úloh, vyhodnotí výsledky a porovnají je s teoretickými výpočty. V závěru semestru vypracují samostatnou práci (výpočet zadaných příkladů).
