Students will apply the knowledge of hydraulics and tires during the preparation of the bachelor thesis.

Summary

Students will expand their knowledge in the form of design and practical connections of circuits and measurement and processing of results as part of fulfilling the objectives of the bachelor's thesis. At the end of the semester, the fulfillment of the objectives will be evaluated by the supervisor, and at the same time, the project presentation will take place before the internal committee. Excursions and professional seminars will take place within the course.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

At the end of the semester, the students present the results of given final projects, for which they can obtain 30 points, the minimum is 15. The evaluation will be performed by the subject guarantor and the internal committee composed of the staff of the department. The second part is an evaluation of the fulfilment of the goals of the bachelor thesis. It is possible to obtain up to 70 points for this part, the evaluation will be performed by the supervisor of the bachelor thesis.

Compulsory attendance at Seminars and excursions (min 80%). For students of combined form of study, excursions are recommended, not compulsory.

Subject syllabus:

1. Introductory organizational information, assignment of projects according to topic of bachelor thesis, lecture - how to present. 2. Connection of hydraulic circuits on Parker trainers. 3. Excursion – production of pneumatic elements (SMC – Vyškov, or different manufacturer) 4. Connection of pneumatic circuits on SMC and Festo trainers. 5. Seminar Hydraulic converters – training center Rexroth Ostrava 6. Assembling of hydraulic valve blocks according to specifications, reinforcement of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. 7. Excursion – production of hydraulic elements (Danfoss – Považská Bystrica, or different manufacturer) 8. Demonstration of dynamic phenomena scanning by high-frequency camera, demonstration of measurement in aerodynamic tunnel. 9. Presentation of final projects (Note: students with arrange regular consultations with their supervisor during the semester. During the semester practical lectures of practitioners can be included).
