Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

There are given the fundamentals of kinematics and dynamics of drive and energy-thermal balance of energy transfer in the subject. There are named the properties, characteristics and controls of combustion engines, electric motors, pneumatic motors, hydraulic motors and pneumatic motors. The theory, characteristics, construction and use of mechanical gears, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic gears (connectors and converters) are discussed. Further, the combined gears are examined. The subject also deals with multi-motor drives and choice the drive and gear for various machines and technological equipment.

Summary

Students will acquaint with the fundamentals of dynamics and kinematics of the drive. They will acquaint with energy - thermal balance of energy transfer. They will acquaint with the characteristics of different types of motors (electric motors, combustion engines, hydro-motors, pneumatic motors) and gears (mechanical, hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, combined). They will be able to choose the suitable combination of motor and gear at the drive design.

Význam pohonu strojů a zařízení. Základy kinematiky a dynamiky pohonu. Energeticko-tepelná bilance přenosu energie. Spalovací motory, elektromotory, pneumatické motory, hydraulické motory: vlastnosti, charakteristiky, řízení parametrů. Mechanické převody. Kombinované převody. Hydrodynamické převody: spojky a měniče. Teorie, charakteristiky, konstrukce, použití. Vícemotorové pohony. Volby pohonu a převodu pro různé stroje a technologické zařízení. Program přednášek Týden Náplň přednášek 1 Účel a definice pohonu. Kinematika zátěže. Základní pohybová rovnice. 2 Aplikace pohybové rovnice, pracovní režimy zátěže a pohonu. Optimalizace přenosu výkonu. 3 Energeticko tepelná bilance přenosu výkonu. Ztrátový výkon. 4 Elektromotory: rozdělení, charakteristiky, vlastnosti. Stejnosměrné a střídavé elektromotory. 5 Spalovací motory – rozdělení, charakteristiky, vlastnosti, regulace. 6 Spalovací turbíny. Pneumatické motory. Hydromotory. 7 Mechanické převody, rozdělení, vlastnosti, ztráty. 8 Hydrostatické převody, skladba, parametry, regulace. 9 Hydrodynamické převody, rozdělení, vlastnosti.
