Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students in the course apply knowledge of the subject hydraulic components and systems, and Design of hydraulic mechanisms and applies them to the hydraulic systems of working and production machines. Will get acquainted with the function of selected working and production machines and lead them to propose a hydraulic drive or transfer. They can analyze the characteristics and behavior of the machine and drive design or modify its management as required by the assignment. Will get acquainted with the specific problems of individual machines and drives such as gear drives mobile machines, mobile machines hydrostatic transmission, drives upgrades of mobile working machines, energy efficient hydrostatic systems, accumulator systems, hydraulics and water emulsion, etc.

Summary

In the course Hydraulics of Working and Production Machines, students learn about hydraulic systems of mobile work machines and selected special problems of hydraulic systems, production machines. These include drive chassis of mobile machines, mobile machines hydrostatic transmissions, drives upgrades of mobile working machines, energy efficient hydrostatic systems, systems with accumulators, with the emulsion and water hydraulics, etc.

Subject syllabus:

Syllabus of lectures: 1. Application of hydrostatic drives and transmissions in mobile working machines. Specific requirements for mobile hydraulics equipment. 2. Travel drive mobile machines. The composition of the drive. Internal combustionengine: construction, management characteristics. 3. Torque characteristics of the drive and working mechanisms. working point drive. Types of gear mechanisms. 4. Hydrostatic transmission. Song transfer. Control hydrostatic transmission. Characteristics of the hydrostatic transmission. The issue of filtering, cooling, replenishment flow losses. 5. Multi-engine drives drive mobile machines. Implementation functions Differential parallel embossed motors. Synchronous motors running. . Slow-speed motors. Control the direction of travel. Servo-control mechanical-hydraulic and electro-hydraulic. 6. Hydrostatic drives upgrades of mobile machines. Proportional valve for mobile technology. Offsetting the impact of load pressure scales. 7. Energy-efficient source of constant pressure. Regulatory Hydraulic control with constant pressure, constant power and constant flow. Load-sensing systems with LS pump with regulatory control. 8. Hydraulic systems with batteries. Theory, applications in production machines. 9. Secondary control motors. Theory and applications. Starting and stopping drive and the working mechanism. 10. Dynamic phenomena in hydraulic systems of work and production machines: pressure and flow pulsation, vibration. 11. Built-in valves: applications in production machines. 12. Application of positional servomechanisms in production machines. 13. Emulsion and water hydraulics. Application to the presses, mechanized mining reinforcement. 14. Drive to the optimal control parameters. Control systems, microprocessor management. Anti-slip regulation. Syllabus of practicals: 1. Repeat: brand hydraulic components. Basic hydraulic circuits. 2. Properties of hydraulic circuits working fluids: viscosity, compressibility. Design a working fluid or working the machine. 3. Design and calculation of the hydraulic circuit with consideration of pressure losses and efficiency. 4. Torque characteristics of actuators, mechanisms, choice of working point. 5. Design and calculation of the hydrostatic transmission. 6. Multi-engine drives. Synchronous motors running. 7. Program No. 1: Design of hydrostatic drive upgrades mobile machines. 8. Program No. 1: Design of hydrostatic drive upgrades mobile machines - continue. 9. Energy-efficient regulatory system with LS oil delivering. Design, calculation. 10. Measurement No. 1: Energy-efficient regulatory system with LS system oil delivering. 11. Hydrostatic drive with accumulators. 12. Circuit design with built-in valves. 13. The dynamics of hydraulic drive system - the machine. 14. Position servo control for rolling mill quarto. Credit.
