Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students are made familiar with the structures and functions hydrostatic transmission. He is able to analyze and describe static and dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic transmission with the aim to design an optimal structure.

Summary

Studující se nejprve podrobně seznámí se skladbou, vlastnostmi, možnostmi řízení a nejčastějšími aplikacemi hydrostatických převodů. Nejčastějšími aplikacemi jsou tzv. hydraulické převodovky mobilních strojů. Doktorand se podrobně seznámí s hydrogenerátory a rotačními hydromotory hydrostatických převodů, se způsoby jejich řízení, pracovními charakteristikami i problematikou provozu a údržby. Postupně je probírána kinematika a dynamika tekutinových pohonů a energeticko-tepelná bilance pohonu. Problematika je doplněna o vícemotorové pohony a synchronní chod hydromotorů, hydrodynamické a kombinované převody, realizaci funkce diferenciálu a řízení směru jízdy.

The characteristics of the hydrostatic transmission. Problems filtration, cooling, replenishment flow losses. 3rd Rotary hydraulic units of mobile machines. management hydrostatic converters. Low-speed motors. 4th Multi-motor drives the drive mobile machines. Implementation of functions Differential hydraulic motors connected in parallel. Driving direction. Power steering mechanickohydraulické and electro. 5th Hydrodynamic and combined transfers 6th Kinematics and Dynamics Engine 7th Energy and heat balance of power
