Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Objectives of the course: - student identifies in detail the content of concepts operability, reliability, durability and the methods for their detection - learn to identify indicators of reliability R(t), F(t), f(t), lambda(t) - introduces in detail the types of faults and their classification - will examine the reliability of systems and methods of its improvement - learn to analyze the influence of the purity of the working fluid to the hydraulic system uptime - learn the basics of designing reliable hydraulic systems.

Summary

Studující se podrobně seznámí s obsahem pojmů provozuschopnost, bezporuchovost, spolehlivost, životnost a se způsoby zjišťování bezporuchovosti, spolehlivosti, životnosti atp. Naučí se zjišťovat ukazatelé spolehlivosti R(t), F(t), f(t), lambda (t) a vynášet je jako funkce do grafů. Seznámí se se zkouškami spolehlivosti. Seznámí se s druhy poruch a jejich klasifikací. Budou se zabývat bezporuchovostí soustav a metodami jejího zvyšování (zálohování apod.). Dále se posluchači seznámí se systémy moderní údržby a metodami údržby (údržba podle reálného stavu technických prostředků, proaktivní údržba, korektivní a následná údržba).

Indicators of reliability R(t),F(t),f(t), lambda (t). 3 Disorders and their classification. 4 Reliability of systems. Redundancy. Durability and life indicator. Emergency and methods for achieving high availability of technical resources. 4 Tests of reliability. Accelerated test parameters increased. 5 Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Objective maintenance. systems maintenance. Preventive maintenance schedule. Maintenance according to the actual situation technical means. Maintenance after failure. Proactive Maintenance. 6 Methods of maintenance. Maintenance organization . Computer equipment maintenance. 7 Commissioning of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Functional and pressure test. Safety of hydraulic and pneumatic devices. Testing . Safety when working with hydraulic accumulators. Operation of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. 8 Liquid filtration in hydraulic systems.
