To teach the students the basic procedures and methods applied for the solution of technical problems of strength and elasticity (i.e. mechanics of materials). To ensure the understanding of teaching problems. To apply the gained skills in practice.

- Uvod do mechaniky. Zakladni pojmy a zakony statiky. Silove soustavy, nahrazeni a rovnovaha. - Ulozeni a rovnovaha teles. Vnitrni staticke ucinky. Teziste. Staticke reseni soustav teles, prutove soustavy. Pasivni odpory. - Kruhovy, primocary a krivocary pohyb bodu, vysetrovani drahy, rychlosti a zrychleni. Zaklady kinematiky teles. - Zakladni pojmy a zakony dynamiky. Pohybove rovnice primocareho a kruhoveho pohybu. DAlambertuv princip. Zakon o zmene hybnosti. Mechanicka prace a vykon. Momenty setrvacnosti. - Pusobeni sil na teleso, metoda rezu. Pojem napeti a deformace. Tahova trhaci zkouska a mechanicke vlastnosti materialu. Hookuv a Poissonuv zakon - Namahani na tah-tlak. Vypocet napeti a deformace, podminky pevnosti. Staticky neurcite ulohy. - Napjatost v bode telesa, druhy napjatosti. Extremy napeti pri rovinne napjatosti, Mohruv diagram. - Deformace pri viceose napjatosti. Obecny Hookuv zakon. Zmena objemu. Potencialni energie napjatosti. - Momenty setrvacnosti ploch, definice a zpusob vypoctu, extremy. - Napjatost prosteho smyku. Hookuv zakon pro smyk, energie napjatosti. Reseni staticky neurcitych nosniku. - Stabilita primych prutu namahanych tlakem. Kontrola stability v pruzne a plasticke oblasti.
