To teach students the basic procedures for solving some technical problems of Experimental Methods in Mechanics. To ensure understanding of such teaching problems. To learn our students to apply of theoretical knowledge in praxis.

Summary

Základy fotoelasticimetrie – přímkové a druhově polarizované světlo, dočasný dvojlom, Wertheimův zákon, čáry izoklinné, izochromatické, izostatické. Určení napětí na nezatíženém obvodu modelu, reflexní fotoelasticimetrie. Základy tenzometrie – princip metody základní typy tenzometrů, můstková zapojení, teplotní kompenzace, vyhodnocení tenzometrických růžic, tenzometrické snímače Měření dalších veličin v experimentální mechanice a jejich využití v technické praxi. Dvoukanálový analyzátor. Další pojmy a veličiny v akustice, jejich měření a využití. Snímače a přístroje pro měření akustických veličin.

Subject syllabus:

1 Description and evaluation of oscillating processes 2 Dynamics of Machines , dynamic rotor balancing , flexible storage machines 3 Signal Analysis , two-channel analyzer 4 Acoustics 5 Fundamentals of technical diagnostics , vibrodiagnostics , acoustic diagnostics 6 - Short introduction to photoelasticity, the stress in the whole volume model - the method of integration along izostat method, the difference of the principal stresses. 7-Practical applications fotoelasticimetrických measurement, spatial photoelasticity. 8 Repeat the foundations of strain gages, strain gauge measurements and their operational Applications, Strain gauge force, mass, acceleration, etc. 9 - Method of fragile paint 10 - Vizcoplastic method - evaluation of plastic deformation, 11 - moiré method - the use of elastic and plastic deformations and voltage using the gradual approach. 12 - Method of thermal emission. Excursion in the use of measurement and sensors in metallurgical plants.
