Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The goal is to introduce students to the problems of design and technology work of construction machines according to their specific focus and uses of earth moving machines to the machines for production and transport of mortar mixes.

Summary

In the study students will be acquainted with building machines, description of the machines, their construction, technical and technological parameters, work equipment and work technology. They are machines and device for earth and rock works, machines and device for rock production, transport and processing concrete mixture and mortar, devices for transport and manipulation with materials.

Machines and equipment for production, transport and processing of concrete and mortar 4.1 Introduction 4.2 Machinery and equipment for aggregate 4.3 Machinery and equipment for transport and storage of aggregates in landfill 4.4 Facilities for the storage and supply of aggregates to a mixing center 4.5 Pulsed aggregate 4.6 Transport of cement 4.7 Equipment for dispensing water and additives 4.8 Machinery and equipment for mixing concrete mixtures and mortars 4.9 Transport concrete 4.10 Machines for production, pipelines and spraying mortar and concrete mixes and their components 5. Transport and materials handling Exercise Outline During the semester, students go through several forms of exercise. The exercise is a concrete introduction to construction equipment and methods of their calculations basic parameters. The following exercises are used learning resources - Movies-Excavators JCB (Japanese instructional film JCB), Construction firm Martimex, Construction (teaching film VÚHŽ) Excavators (Tutorial movie) Excursion to the concrete mixing plant Catalogues of construction machinery Tasks carried out in computer labs • Determining the resistance of the working methods of mechanical disintegration • Calculation of trays • Solving problems in the area of ​​mixing materials • Resolution of the chassis in contact with soil
