The aim is to acquaint students with the organization and management of the maintenance process as one of the technical activities ortoprocesů each production.

Summary

The course is one of the first vocational subjects, which begins profiling field of study. Ensuring uptime and reliability is a key task of each process, ie. maintenance becomes necessary hodnotovýn each stream of production and have it understood as a process-technical work, which has its inevitable processes and must be managed as a process.

Subject syllabus:

1st Requirements and operational reliability. 2nd Maintenance Theory - basic concepts, systems development, maintenance, content maintenance. 3rd Economy and efficiency of maintenance equipment. 4th Evaluation of the effectiveness of maintenance - classification, basic concepts, basic tools evaluation. 5th Benchmarking and outsourcing in maintenance, maintenance personnel use study. 6th Manažerství risk operation. 7th Audit quality Maintenance Management. 8th Reenginering system design and maintenance. 9th Trends in maintenance. 10th Organization and methods of maintenance management, control inspection and audit activities maintenance. 11th Tribology and tribotechnika, technical diagnostics, maintenance, logistics. 12th Dismantling and assembly procedures and products, repair and renovation operation, user maintenance. 13th Maintenance Manager and work with human resources in maintenance, expertise, education, motivation. 14th Dependability - its quantification, renewal theory, classification of disorders.
