Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students will receive information on designing industrial plants with a focus on designing repair and maintenance workshops. The acquired knowledge will be able to practically apply.

Teaching methods

Summary

Basic concepts in the field of design. Project preparation facility in accordance with regulations. Guiding principles for handling complex project. Main concepts - the general contractor, investor, designer, etc. Assessment of the project from the perspective of energy supply, heating and lighting. Hygienic aspects of the project. Principles of deploying equipment, ergonomic standpoint. The issue of soundproofing object, the principles of compliance with safety standards.
