The aim is to familiarize students with principles and assembly systems, assembly tools and other resources with a focus on technical diagnostics, repairs and renovations.

Teaching methods

Summary

The main objectives of assembly work. Preparing to install using modern methods of network analysis. Acceptance of the foundations of buildings, technical documentation for the realization of the object. Assembly systems, assembly methods used. Means and aids for the implementation of assembly operations. Control of assembly work, the main principles. Safety and health protection during assembly operations. The main types of assembly tools.

Týden Náplň přednášek 1 Úvod do problematiky – zásady montáže. 2 Metodika zpracování montážních činností. 3 Přejímka základů před montáží. Technická dokumentace pro stavby. 4 Systémy montáže. 5 Montážní pomůcky – malá mechanizace. Montážní pomůcky – velká mechanizace 6 Vázací prostředky, montážních mechanismy. 7 Zvedací zařízení, stabilní a mobilní. Jeřáby pro montáž. 8 Bezpečnost při montážních pracech. 9 Hlavní zásady řízení montážních prací. Moderní metody montáže. Mechanizace montážních prací.
