Summary

Předmět obsahuje aktuální poznatky a informace z oboru konstruování a projekčně-konstrukčního provedení výrobních strojů v širších souvislostech. Předmět má charakter systémového pohledu na výrobní stroje a systémy. Cílem předmětu je podat posluchačům rámcově ucelené informace o konstrukčních a projekčních otázkách jež zasahují do všech skupin výrobních strojů jako například struktura výrobních strojů (VS), požadavky kladené na VS, technologické a technické charakteristiky VS, hlavní zásady a metodický postup při konstrukci výrobních strojů, konstrukce s ohledem na tuhost, pohony, převody, nosné systémy VS a principy mechanismů VS. Závěrečné kapitoly předmětu se zaměřují podrobněji na stroje a postupy pro výrobu výrobků z plastů.

1. Machine like sunrise industries. Modern directions development Czech and world - wide engineering and its state - of - the - art. Engineering production in the world of, her restructuring plus development. 2. Modern method projection and designed tool grinder and sharpener. Technical documentation processing machine. Requirements laying on processing machine. Outlines for construction processing machine. 3. Definition processing machine. Indicative allocation processing machine according to single industrial line and their primary objective characteristics. 4. Construction processing machine and their structure. Theory construction processing machine. Stiffness construction. Designed with reference to costs. 5. Technological and engineering characteristic tool grinder and sharpener, their sorting. ENERGOSILOVÉ conditions at operating mode processing machine. 6. Analysis title to processing machine i. e. performance characteristics machinery, reliability, service life. 7. Driving system tool grinder and sharpener and their make - up. Seat power control, hydraulic, air plus combination drive of machines. 8. Bearing construction processing machine. Used materials. 9.
