Summary

Předmět obsahuje aktuální poznatky a informace z oboru konstruování a projekčně-konstrukčního provedení výrobních strojů v širších souvislostech. Předmět má charakter systémového pohledu na výrobní stroje a systémy. Cílem předmětu je podat posluchačům rámcově ucelené informace o konstrukčních a projekčních otázkách jež zasahují do všech skupin výrobních strojů jako například struktura výrobních strojů (VS), požadavky kladené na VS, technologické a technické charakteristiky VS, hlavní zásady a metodický postup při konstrukci výrobních strojů, konstrukce s ohledem na tuhost, pohony, převody, nosné systémy VS a principy mechanismů VS. Závěrečné kapitoly předmětu se zaměřují podrobněji na stroje a postupy pro výrobu výrobků z plastů.

Subject syllabus:

1. Technical Processes from a Designer Point of View - Substance, Development, Trends, Technologies, Operators, Operands, Types of Processes and General Model of a Process. 2. Technical systems from the point of view of the designer - model of the technical system. The general model for the design of the technical system and its phase 3. Basic knowledge of the design process, the model of the construction process, its hierarchical structure and basic knowledge of methodical design. 4. Definition of the production machine, division. Structure of production machines. Requirements for the production machine. Principles for the construction of production machines. 5. Drives of production machines - electric motors, combustion engines, pneumatic and hydraulic drives. 6. Mechanical gears. Hydraulic gears. Selected Mechanisms of Machines. 7. Fundamentals of static stiffness. Influence of stiffness on work precision. 8. Solutions of selected components of production machines - locking screws, straight lines, seals, bearings. 9. Solutions of selected components of production machines - power supplies, media distribution, lubrication. 10. Principles of plastic parts design - molding, wall thickness - ITT, injection of thin-walled parts, rib thickness, notches. 11. Injection machines - diagram, injection and sealing unit, molds - material, description of the injection process. 12. Tube and Profile Extrusion Machines, Overpressure and Vacuum Calibration Scheme, Blow Molding, 13. Mechanical and pneumatic molding of plastics. The principle of injection and extrusion blowing. 14. Solutions of production machines and their chosen design elements from the viewpoint of design, ecology and occupational safety.
