Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
To deepen and broaden knowledge and an overview of the development of design in the second. half of 20 century. on the basis of problem solving to gain additional skills in the field of industrial design.

Summary
Students will learn about other processes in product design and history at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. The subject follows Industrial Design I. Respecting the aesthetic, ergonomic, functional, technological, economic and environmental aspects, students continue in the solving of an industrial product design.

The exam consists of practical part (assessment of the semester tasks) and oral part.

• Basic methods of product design – Creating photorealistic visualizations (V-Ray software, Rhinoceros plugin)
• Basic methods of product design – Modeling with Rapid Prototyping / CNC Milling Methods (Roland Modella Pro II MDX-540, Modeling Machine)
• Grounding in graphic design – Creating posters
• Solving of product design
• Industrial design evaluation criteria
