Graduaete of the subject could be able oriented in the area of machines for earth movement and civil engineering. Will be able logically suppose and design machines and machinery in the given area for concrete application.

Summary

Graduate of the subject obtains a basic summary of technical facilities, constructional solving of basic nodal points of objective mechanization and mechanical units, technology of earthy and building machines settings. Content of the subject are mainly earthy machinery – dozers, scrapers, road grader, shovel excavator, shovel loader, trencher, scarifier and so on. Further it are machinery for big earth movement - bucket wheel excavators, steam-paddy and shovel excavators and machinery for raw material adjustement and manipulation - crushers and mills, landfill machinery inclusive machines and equiment fort bulk and cement manipulation and machinery for concrete production.

Compulsory literature:

Study literature mainly for English speaking students will be recommended individually depending on the theme of the semestral project. Standards, machine parts catalogues, technical and mechanical tables and corporate literature - depending on the character tasks.

1st Fundamentals of rozpojovatelnosti and distribution of earthmoving and construction machinery 2nd Dozers, scrapers, graders 3rd Trenchers, scarifiers, shovel loaders 4th Hydraulic excavators 5th Theory of drilling, drilling tools and kits 6th Machines for extraction of bulk materials and machinery for the extraction of stone 7th Compacting machines, machines for the rehabilitation 8th Dumping machines 9th Crushers and mills 10th Earth-moving machinery large extent - the wheel, bucket and shovel excavators, Dragline 11th The principles of maintenance and safety in construction and earthmoving machinery 12th Machines and equipment for transport and storage of aggregates in landfill 13th Cement Transport, storage and dosing 14th Machines and equipment for production of concrete mixtures 15th Transport concrete (primary, secondary transport, storage acceptance)
