Effective use of all processes associated with maintaining the best possible way of use of property and human resources, so in practice we have to deal with operational requirements and resources not only zajištěnosti maintenance, but also its efficacy, organization and management in line with production, safety risks and the required operation , maintenance, reengineering, etc. maintenance has become an integral and integrated part of the production in its understanding of the process as a technical activity.

Summary

Subject syllabus:

1. Requirements. Operational reliability and maintenance theory. 2. Economy, audit, reengineering and evaluation of performance maintenance. 3. Projects maintenance, disassembly and assembly procedures and preparations by different machinery. 4. Legislation in operation and maintenance, safety equipment. 5. Tribology and Tribometrics. 6. Tribotechnical interpretations of the basic machine components. 7. Lubricants and lubrication systems. 8. Technical diagnostics – Tribo-diagnostics. 9. Technical diagnostics – Vibro-diagnostics. 10. Technical diagnostics – Thermo-diagnostics. 11. Technical diagnostics - Acoustic diagnostics. 12. Technical diagnostics - Ultrasonic optical flaw detection, hydraulic circuits diagnostics. 13. Multiparametric diagnostics. 14. Nondestructive diagnostics. 15. Modern diagnostic methods.
