Summary

Technical diagnostics of machines is the essiential issue to provide safe, efficient and environment-friendly operation. Vibrodiagnostics is one of few basic methods of technical diagnostics of machines. Vibrodiagnostics methods and procedures application leads to overtaking unexpected failures and related problems. Introduction to basic concepts. Instrumentation for measurement. Alignment of machinery. Balancing of machinery. Vibrodiagnostics measurement - vibration analyzer A4400 - VA4Pro. Electrodiagnostic measurements using vibration analyzer A4400 - VA4Pro. Termodiagnostics measurements. Measurement of resonance construction and machinery. Acoustic measurements and comparison with the vibration signal. Tenosometry - tenozometric optical measurements using strain gauges. Nondestructive testing – MMM - magnetic memory method. Practical application and evaluation of analytical methods of magnetic memory of metals - MMM. Measuring the educational Stand for testing bearings.
