Students will learn the basic knowledge of internal ballistics and hunting starting defensive weapons and ammunition.

Summary

The course deals with basic concepts and mathematical description of processes taking place in a shot from the gun barrel, the methods of solving vnitrobalistických tasks, the measurement of velocity and pressure in the barrel. Concepts: Combustion of propellants, dusty gas pressure, velocity projectiles.

Subject syllabus:

Phenomena and processes taking place when fired from a gun barrel, the courses vnitrobalistických variables. Sources of energy shot, propellants - types, properties and uses. Laws of gun fire, the rate of evolution of dust emissions. Equation of state of constant and variable volume. Application of a constant volume. Energy equation, energy balance shot, thermal efficiency barrel weapons. The equation of motion bullet in the barrel. The system of equations describing vnitrobalistický action, methods of solution. Measurement of velocities, and gas pressure. The theory of internal ballistics corrections. Phenomena and processes with the muzzle of the gun - a transition ballistics.
