Summary

The course deals with the design, function and effects of LSOZ ammunition. Marginal acquaintances with non-lethal ammunition. Concepts: Hub, bullet, cartridge, initiator, match, propelling charge, non-lethal ammunition.

Subject syllabus:

Introduction to the subject, basic terms. Handheld weapon and its essential parts (including explosives and ammunition initiators). Balistic characteristics of missiles and their significance. Specifics of sports, hunting, defense and special ammunition. Sports ammunition and its ballistic properties. Hunting ammunition and its effects. Defense ammunition and its effects. Non-flight ammunition.
