Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The goal is to teach students the appropriate applications of lubricants for specific cases of machinery and components, including design lubricating systems.

1. Lubrication Systems - classification, selection, features, accessories.
2. Lubrication systems for liquid and greases
3. Central lubrication systems
4. Tribotechnical interpretation - bolted connections, springs, clutch, brakes.
5. Tribotechnical interpretation - rolling and plain bearings, roller and plain lines,
seal
6. Tribotechnical interpretation - gears, shafts, steel cables, Bowden cables
7. Tribotechnical interpretation - engines and other structural nodes.
8. Tribotechnical interpretation - transport, mining, metal processing and the like.
9. Instructions for maintenance, lubrication schedules
10. Controlling the inspection activities in maintenance, lubrication and lubrication systems
11. Treatment of spent lubricant and worn - the management, filtration,
ecology.
12. The status and role of tribology and tribotechniky in maintenance, technical and economic aspects, organization and management.
13. Proposals for long-term lubricating oil systems
14. Proposals for long-term lubrication systems for grease
