Subject syllabus:

1. The importance of mills in the metallurgical enterprise - the deployment diagram of the major metallurgical plants in the production of blooms kombinátu.Způsob device for continuous casting of steel - diagram. Flow sheet of rolled sheets and profiles for heat and cast blooms. 2. Classification of work stands - description and use of the scheme typů.Klasifikace rolling mills - description and use the schema of individual lines. 3. The coefficients in the rolling deformation of metals - Determination of required coverage průvalů.Úhel metal cylinders - the influence of friction on the ability to grip the cylinder and steady rolling process. 4. The length of the deformation zone and the area of ​​contact with the metal cylinder from rolling with the same and different cylinder diameters. Relationships between rates of entry and exit of material from the cylinders - a neutral zone strain gauge - the influence of tension on the angle γ. Advance and spread of metal during rolling. 5. Differential Equations rolling, its derivation and analysis. 6. Solving differential equations rolling provided that the arc frame is replaced by two anvil. 7.
