Summary
Students in the subject will learn about the way to use and processing of metal
waste and about various technologies of its treatment, so as to be possible this
metal further use and recycle. The basic technology of
scrap metal treatment is primarily material division (cutting, burning,
division in other ways), baling, shredding and briquetting. In addition, students
become familiar with the requirements for these technologies based on the options for facilities
remelting scrap metal.
