Obsahem předmětu je seznámení studentů s výpočty energosilových parametrů a dimensování,s metodami sestavení matematických modelů,které popisují kinematickou funkci strojů a zařízení a s metodami konstrukce a vývoje hlavních představitelů strojů pro manipulaci s materiálem,jeho dělením,řezaním,rovnáním,navíjením a navrhováním linek na úrovni projekčního zpracování.

Subject syllabus:

1. Classification roller conveyors and basic knots. Determine the required torque and power an electric drive roller. 2. Calculation of working flatbed roller for strength (not roller suspension). Rotary and lifting tables. 3. Kinematic diagram and operating principles brámových scissors to cut the bottom of the cutting heat. 4. Calculation of cutting forces in parallel with the scissors blades. 5. Kinematic diagram and operating principles of scissors with blades sešikmenými open and closed type with an upper cut. Calculation of cutting forces on the sloping blades of scissors, knives, including stroke. 6. Scheme design principle detachable disc cutters and scissors, including the determination of shear and torque forces. 7. The design principle and schematic fleeting scissors kinematic link to the feed rollers or straightening. 8. The forces and torques on the cutting drum shears. 9. The calculation speed of the belt at the entrance to the cutting drum shears. 10. Diagram, description and purpose of the disc saw. Calculation of power / force parameters of disk saws. 11. Calculation of the total power leveling a simplified way (a purely plastic bending moment, bending moment of pure elastic and elastic-plastic bending moment for n = 9 rollers. 12. Calculation of forces that cause each roller straightening. 13. Basic principles of plates rovnaček, purpose and use, including design principles increase the stiffness of working roller straightening. The method of calculating the performance of straighteners.
