Summary

Posluchači získají přehled o základních typech CNC obráběcích strojů. Seznámí se s konstrukcí základních částí CNC obráběcích strojů (rámy, vřetena, výměna nástrojů, výměna obrobků, odvod třísek,...). Dále budou seznámeni se zkoušením nových a generálkovaných CNC obráběcích strojů.

Subject syllabus:

1. CNC machine tools, the basic part. 2. The frames of machine tools, spindles. 3. The feed system is linear. 4. Automatic tool changer, tool system. 5. Automatic exchange of workpieces. 6. Numerical control machine tools. Control and diagnostics of machine tools. 7. Media and chip. Guards. 8. CNC lathe and milling machines. 9. CNC drilling and boring machines. 10. CNC grinding machines and gear. 11. CNC machining center. 12. Heavy machine tools and CNC machines for high speed machining. 13. Machining Center with non-conventional kinematic structure Modernisation of CNC machine tools. 14. Testing CNC machine tools, machine tool design.
