Summary

Technical diagnostics and its tools are an integral part of every competitive business. Using their knowledge and professional applications have a major impact on failure-free operation of machinery, which is in close connection with economics, ecology and especially safety equipment. The goal is to nurture new talents in the field of technical diagnostics, familiarize them with new trends and practices in technical diagnostics. The use of measuring and computer technology in the fields of technical diagnostics, such as: - vibrodiagnostics, - acoustic diagnostics, - tribodiagnostics, - electrodiagnosis, - termodiagnostika, - balancing and alignment machines.

Subject syllabus:

1. Vibrodiagnostics - basic terms, frequency analysis and FFT. 2. Vibration diagnostics - diagnostics of sliding and rolling bearings, bearing failure and their causes. 3. Vibrodiagnostics - practical measurement, evaluation of measured data. 4. Balancing, alignment - theory and methods. 5. Balancing, alignment - practical evaluation. 6. Thermodiagnostics - methods, use, evaluation. 7. Thermodiagnostics - Use and evaluation of thermal images using computer technology. 8. Tribodiagnostics - methods for monitoring the technical condition of machines. 9. Acoustic diagnostics - measurement of noise. 10. Acoustic diagnostics - building acoustics, hygienic measurements. 11. Acoustic diagnostics - signs of machine damage. heat. in the monitored acoustic signal and the relationship of vibration-noise. 12. Electrodiagnostics - methods, applications. 13. Magnetic memory method - MMM (magnetic memory method) 14. Tenosometry - tenosometric measurements using optical strain gauges. Diagnostics of electric motors - practical measurement, evaluation.
