Within the framework of this study subject the student will be able to orientate himself better in the concrete tasks of the given topic, in which he deepens his knowledge and construction skills.

Summary
This subject is focused on the first comprehensive solution of individually assigned topic of diploma thesis in the field of earth and construction machines. Topics are current and based on current needs of industrial practice. The output of the seminar is the basic input part of the thesis. The work is individual and focuses on the principles of technical assignment. Part of the solution can be controlled short-term practice of students in industrial practice - the contracting company, consultations with experts from industrial companies, lectures of practitioners focusing on the design of the machines, etc. Students in this course will acquire and deepen basic knowledge and knowledge of subject area of study - earth and construction machines.
Direct lessons take place both through joint lessons and individually by consulting students with their respective supervisors. More teachers of the department are involved in the course.

2. - 3. Processing of the obtained materials - research (books, corporate literature, patents, journals, ČSN, drawing documentation)

Each student solves and consults the solution of the semestral project continuously.
