Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students will improve their skills actively apply piece of knowledge, which they gain over a period of previous studies at solving of particular constructional problems. They improve in methodical access and skills to analyze and consequently to solve given constructional problem.

Summary
This subject is a continuation of the first comprehensive solution of an individually assigned topic of the thesis in the field of earth and construction machines and further develops it. Topics are current and based on current needs of industrial practice. The output of the seminar is a complex elaboration of an alternative part of the thesis. The theme is individual and focuses on the principles of technical assignment. Part of the solution of the problems is controlled short-term practice of students in industrial practice - contracting firm, consultations with experts from industrial companies, lectures of experts in practice focusing on the design of the machines, etc. Students in this course further deepen knowledge and knowledge of the field earthmoving and construction machines.
Direct lessons take place both through joint lessons and individually by consulting students with their respective supervisors. More teachers of the department are involved in the course.

1. Entering the semestral project, getting acquainted with the background
2. - 3. Processing of the obtained materials - research (books, corporate literature, patents, journals, ČSN, drawing documentation)

Each student solves and consults the solution of the semestral project continuously.
