Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim is to gain the knowledge from the field of maintenance security as a tool for service reliability of every production process. The skill supported with the knowledge of the matter is gained and it enables a following professional development.

Summary

Arranging the operational reliability of production machines and equipment is the essential condition of every production process. Therefore the maintenance is understood as a tool which supports its´ understanding as a procedural and technical activity. To secure the maintenance we use many tools which become a whole series of technical diagnostics tools in its complexity, methods and forms (vibrodiagnostics, thermodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and so on). It also becomes a key aspect because it serves an objective technical state of an object which is necessary to plan and run the maintenance.

Subject syllabus:

1st Technical diagnostics and maintenance system - basic concepts and definitions, systems development, maintenance, maintenance methods, tools zajištěnosti maintenance, control-inspection and inspection activity, economy and assessing the effectiveness of maintenance. 2nd Vibration diagnostics - basic concepts, measuring quantities, the theory of sensors, measuring operational diagnostic methods, and trending evaluation method. 3rd Tribodiagnostics - basic concepts and classification, methods to monitor lubricant degradation, methods for monitoring the technical condition of machinery, tribology and tribotechnika, tribometrie 4 Termodiagnostika - basic concepts and division, various methods of temperature measurement and thermography. 5th Acoustic diagnosis - basic concepts and distribution, individual methods. 6th Non-destructive diagnostics - basic concepts and distribution, selected basic methods. 7th Diagnostics of hydraulic circuits - classification, nature and principle of basic methods. 8th Basic methods for the diagnosis of electrical equipment, also useful for diagnosis of mechanical systems. 9th Optical non-destructive, multi-parameter diagnostic. 10.Provozní reliability - security management and operational reliability, evaluation of operational reliability. 11.Logistika - technical diagnostics - Maintenance. Risk analysis and maintenance, safety equipment and maintenance
