The aim is to identify possible operational applications solutions for maintenance of machines and equipment with all its resources, including deployment zajištěnosti diagnostic systems.

Summary

Efektivní využívání všech procesů spojených s údržbou je cestou nejlepšího možného využívaní majetku a personálních zdrojů, takže v provozní praxi musíme řešit nejen požadavky a prostředky zajištěnosti údržby, ale také její hodnocení účinnosti, organizaci a řízení v souladu s výrobou, zajištění bezpečnosti a požadovaného rizika provozu, reengineering údržby apod. Údržba se tak stává nedílnou a integrující součástí výrobního při jejím chápání jako procesně technické činnosti.

1st Technical diagnostics and maintenance system - basic concepts and definitions, systems development, maintenance, maintenance methods, tools maintenance, control-inspection and inspection activity, economy and assessing the effectiveness of maintenance. 2nd Vibration diagnostics - basic concepts, measuring quantities, the theory of sensors, measuring operational diagnostic methods, and trending evaluation method. 3rd Tribodiagnostics - basic concepts and classification, methods to monitor lubricant degradation, methods for monitoring the technical condition of machinery, tribology and tribotechnika, tribometrie 4 Termodiagnostika - basic concepts and division, various methods of temperature measurement and thermography. 5th Acoustic diagnosis - basic concepts and distribution, individual methods. 6th Non-destructive diagnostics - basic concepts and distribution, selected basic methods. 7th Diagnostics of hydraulic circuits - classification, nature and principle of basic methods. 8th Basic methods for the diagnosis of electrical equipment, also useful for diagnosis of mechanical systems. 9th Optical non-destructive, multi-parameter diagnostic. 10.Provozní reliability - security management and operational reliability, evaluation of operational reliability. 11.Logistika - technical diagnostics - Maintenance.
