Summary

Student se v rámci studia předmětu seznámí s nezbytnými konstrukčními součástmi průmyslových palivových pecí – hořáky a výměníky tepla, konkrétně s teoretickými podklady pro návrh hořáků - jako konstrukčního základu topného systému pecí a teoretickými základy nezbytnými pro návrh výměníků tepla jako strojního uzlu využívajícího druhotný zdroj energie – tepelný odpad průmyslové pece.

Subject syllabus:

- Development of industrial furnaces - heat engine - in connection with the development of industrial production. -Thermo-physical properties of gases, statics and kinematics of gaseous fuels ombustion. - Heat transfer (conduction, convection and radiation) Basics of Kiln-hydraulics, hydraulic systems, industrial furnaces. - Heating systems for industrial furnaces (burners whirl, radiation, heat recovery, regeneration). - Recuperators (area of convective and radiative of heat transfer, steady and work unsteady heat exchanger). - Regenerators.
