Summary

Student se v rámci studia předmětu seznámí s vývojem nejstaršího tepelného stroje a jeho úlohou v průmyslové výrobě, prohloubí si teoretické základy nezbytné pro návrh pece a jejích konstrukčních uzlů. Rozšíří si vědomosti v oblasti sdílení tepla v pecním prostoru a zpracovávaném materiálu.

Subject syllabus:

- Vývoj průmyslových pecí - tepelného stroje - v návaznosti na vývoj průmyslové výroby. - Tepelně-fyzikální vlastnosti plynů, statika a kinematika spalování plynných paliv. - Sdílení tepla v pracovním prostoru průmyslové pece. - Sdílení tepla v materiálu. - Základy pecní hydrauliky, hydraulické systémy průmyslových pecí. - Źárovzdorné a izolační materiály - vlastnosti, použití. - Konstrukční uzly průmyslových pecí. - Výměníky tepla. - Tepelná bilance, rozbor faktorů ji ovlivňujících.
