Summary

Student si v rámci studia předmětu prohloubí vědomosti v oblasti přenosu energie, hmoty a hybnosti v aplikacích vhodných pro návrh konstrukce průmyslové pece a v oblastech intenzifikace ohřevu a ochlazování, tedy při ohřevu a tepelném zpracování materiálu. Student se v rámci studia předmětu rovněž seznámí s teoretickými základy nezbytnými pro návrh výměníků tepla jako strojního uzlu průmyslové pece využívajícího druhotný zdroj energie – tepelný odpad průmyslové pece.

Subject syllabus:

· Development of industrial furnaces - heat engine - in connection with the development of industrial production. · Thermo-physical properties of gases, statics and kinematics combustion of gaseous fuels. · Theory of similarity in of heat transfer. · Heat transfer by convection. · Heat transfer by conduction. · Heat transfer by radiation in a system of surface emitters, volume emitter. · Terms of uniqueness of heat transfer. · Area of external heat and the internal of heat transfer in the working space of the furnace. · Fundamentals of furnace hydraulics, hydraulic systems, industrial furnaces. · Heating systems for industrial furnaces (burners whirl, radiation, heat recovery, regeneration). · Recuperator (area of convective and radiative of heat transfer, steady and work unsteady heat exchanger). · Regenerators.
